One in three women will experience sexual violence in her lifetime. One in three will be sexually harassed at work.
I make organizations safer by preventing and resolving both.

What I Do
If you are part of an organization or a person that wants/needs specific, specialized guidance, complete the form near the end of this page to get in touch with me. I’ve listed the services I provide in brief below, and a few testimonials as well.
I have legal training, years of experience, and concrete proof of the efficacy of my work. My prevention & education plans are tailored to your organization.
If you are a survivor or friend/family member of a survivor, I have put together resources & created general healing plans to help survivors of sexual assault & those who want to help survivors of sexual assault.
-
An internal audit is necessary in determining how vulnerable your company or community is to harassment and assault
First, I’ll speak to management and team members to assess pain and weak points. Comprehensive interviews will help identify red flags. I’ll work with your leadership/managers to assess if there are warning signs that an incident might occur, the source of a potential incident, or if someone(s) is being assessed as the potential target(s) of an incident(s).
Then, we’ll collaborate to decide upon he next steps will be, which may include a prevention plan, education and/or training for your management or team, and what type of reporting system will be most effective and best fit your organization.
-
One in three women are sexually harassed, and one in six are sexually assaulted. The numbers are horrifically high, and the problem absolutely can be prevented.
Having policies, procedures, and education for teams and management will empower your company in this fight.
I’ll work your leadership/management team(s) to tailor an effective reporting system to the size, needs, and budget of your company. We’ll strategize on direct reporting. Reporting system will be designed to increase reporting through increased trust and safety, and decreasing fear of retaliation and re-traumatization.
Lastly, we’ll work together to facilitate long-term change by recalibrating company culture for greater inclusivity.
-
Most employees speak of their employer’s harassment trainings with frustration and contempt.
Data shows that the standard training creates a backlash that is counterintuitive to preventing harassment and assault.
What works? Team members need to feel included, heard, and empowered. To do this, we listen to individual members with empathy. We’ll work with your team through pain points, correct misassumptions and mistaken belief in rape myths, and work through apathy. Lastly, we’ll train and educate on the dynamics of assault/harassment, how to recognize red flags, and we’ll empower your team to become upstanders.
-
When an incident is reported, your first step will be a third party investigation. Unlike most investigators, we’re usually able to find past incidents, thus increasing internal support.
How we manage and/or mediate the incident(s) and prevent secondary trauma to your company/community, and most importantly, to the survivor will vary based on the specifics.
Your organzation/community should heal and transform. Once the situation is resolved, we’ll institute tools and systems to dramatically decrease the likelihood of future incidents.
If you're interested in working with me, complete the form with a few details about your project. I'll review your message and get back to you within 48 hours.
